DC Office

Why Does JPMA Have a Washington DC Office?

The Juvenile Products Manufacturers Association represents North American juvenile manufacturing before Congress, the Administration, federal agencies, the judiciary and the media. Focusing on policymaking, regulatory and legislative matters, as well as litigation, JPMAs strategic positions amplify the voice of the juvenile industry and its current and future business needs.

In collaboration with elected officials and leaders in Washington, DC and throughout the country, JPMA works to advance sound public policy that supports the interests of juvenile products manufacturers throughout North America, to ensure that the safest products in the world remain available to parents and caregivers.

JPMA and our member companies are committed to safety. Through our work with consumer groups, the Consumer Product Safety Commission, the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration and various non-governmental organizations (NGOs), our association continues to advance safety standards and educate the public about the safe use of baby products.
