JPMA Core Values

JPMA members are best-in-class companies. In a complex marketplace with illegitimate sellers and counterfeit products, JPMA members stand out as verified brands with JPMA Certified products.

As the voice of quality and safety for baby and children’s products, JPMA believes it’s important to define what our industry stands for—our Core Values. The parents, caregivers, babies and young children we serve depend on us to have their best interests in mind. Defining and upholding our industry’s Core Values is one way we can prove to them that we do.

The JPMA Board of Directors has spent time identifying and fine-tuning the following Core Values we want our members—and our industry as a whole—to uphold:

  • CUSTOMER CAREJPMA members care about the customer experience and are committed to providing robust education and product support for parents and caregivers before and after the sale.

Small Business, Big Hearts Award” is for a JPMA member company with $6 million or less in annual revenue. The recipient is a member company that’s making significant strides across one or more of our Core Values.

Now more than ever, doing business by these Core Values will differentiate JPMA member companies and demonstrate that our members are the best in the industry.
