Industry Code of ConductJPMA members agree to uphold the tenets of the JPMA Board of Directors approved Industry Code of Conduct. Identified Compliance OfficerEach JPMA member company will identify their primary compliance officer, which will be recorded in the member database. This person will represent product category interest for the member company, and will be the primary point of contact for regulatory and legislative concerns. Photography & Marketing GuidelinesMembers will adopt photography guidelines that include depicting babies in safe environments and products being used in accordance with established guidelines, regulations, and best practices. JPMA Core ValuesAs the voice of quality and safety for baby and children’s products, JPMA believes it’s important to define what our industry stands for—our Core Values. The parents, caregivers, babies and young children we serve depend on us to have their best interests in mind. Defining and upholding our industry’s Core Values is one way we can prove to them that we do. Baby Safety Month AmbassadorAll JPMA members must register to be a Baby Safety Month Ambassador, and commit to promoting baby safety year round. At a minimum, member brands will showcase the Baby Safety Month Ambassador logo on their website and promote the program on social channels. Additional opportunities are encouraged. |
