Many states have reporting requirements related to chemicals used in the production of children's products. A current list is below with links for more information. Because products in our industry vary widely in type, use and materials, please confirm with your own regulatory professionals what types of reporting may be required.

Washington: Use the High Priority Chemical Data System (HPCDS) to submit your report. (Oregon also uses the HPCDS, but you must submit a separate report to Washington.) Information may be found on theirreporting webpage or contact CSPAreporting@ecy.wa.gov.
Oregon: Use the HPCDS to submit your report. Find more information about reporting in Oregon on their reporting webpage.
New York: The New York Department of Environmental Conservation is currently developing reporting requirements under the Toxic Chemicals in Children's Products program (ECL Article 37, Title 9). Email TCCPprogram@dec.ny.gov to be added to their distribution list. Find more information on their webpage.
