Save the date for JPMA's annual conference, trade and consumer baby products show, April 10-13, 2019 in Orlando, FL

 

Reserve Space Now: Rates Increase July 1

 

MOUNT LAUREL, NJ, June 1, 2018 - The annual JPMA conference, trade and consumer show will be held on April 10-13, 2019 at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, FL. Now in its third year, the show will feature an updated format to stay ahead of the multi-faceted needs of the domestic and global baby products industry, with robust conference programming, trade and consumer engagement, and multiple media touchpoints - all under one roof.

 

This year's format offers a compressed trade portion of the event on Thursday and Friday, maintaining the total hours available for business-to-business engagement, while providing cost savings to exhibitors and responding to retailers' needs. Wednesday afternoon will feature conference programming with education sessions for trade attendees and exhibitors, and new this year, Friday afternoon will also include consumer hours to allow for additional feedback and engagement. Similar to previous years, Saturday will be open to consumers for the day.

 

The 2019 show schedule will be as follows:

 

Wednesday, April 10:

  • Conference programming, special events and private meetings

Thursday, April 11:

  • 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. - Show floor open to the trade
  • Industry party

Friday, April 12:

  • 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. - Show floor open to the trade
  • 3:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. - Show floor open to the trade and consumers

Saturday, April 13:

  • 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. - Show floor open to consumers

 

"Our industry is changing at an extremely rapid pace, and our show will continue to evolve to stay ahead of the trends we're seeing. This year's show is a perfect example of how we're keeping a pulse on the marketplace and making changes to offer an event that brings value to manufacturers, buyers, service providers, media, consumers and the entire baby products industry. There's no show out there that offers this kind of programming all in one place," said Kelly Mariotti, JPMA Executive Director.

 

JPMA is currently accepting reservations for exhibit space at the 2019 show. The early-bird deadline for exhibitor registration is June 30, 2018 and booth space/location is reserved on a first-come-first-served basis. Exhibitors will have full access to the industry party, education sessions, Innovation Awards, consumer days and more. Pricing will increase on July 1, 2018.
