In collaboration with the JPMA Certification Program Team, SGS is working on a series of updates to DataManager, the platform/database that houses all certification program participants testing information. In the next few weeks, an upgrade developed as a tool of convenience to all participants will be released. This upgrade will automatically email the address of your choice a reminder when annual testing is due for every product currently in the certification program. You will receive your reminder 90 days out from the testing due date, which ensures adequate time to send samples and appropriate documentation to your selected lab location.
Early next week you will be hearing from certification staff related to the email address you would like associated with this service. Once we confirm, you will start receiving reminder emails as your products become due.
As you remove products or specific modification models from your portfolio, this email will serve as a trigger to inform JPMA, at which time we can mark those records inactive. While the historical testing information will remain in the system, you’ll no longer receive reminder emails related to those products.
This upgrade is a direct result of participant feedback, and we thank you for helping us make the program work more efficiently for you.
