JPMA is pleased to announce the 2017 Innovation Awards Program will take place next spring in Anaheim in conjunction with the JPMA Baby Show, a JPMA and Family Media Event.

In addition to the traditional category awards and Best In Show, JPMA is adding an industry award component to the competition to highlight professionals that have made a significant impact on the JP industry.

The Parents Pick Award, the most recent highlight of the Innovation Awards Program, will continue to gain momentum through the new consumer baby event, The Baby Show Series.

Since the program’s inception, JPMA has awarded nearly 250 companies, large and small, with the coveted “Most Innovative” title. From high-tech monitors and interactive toys to helpful apps and important safety gear, the JPMA Innovation Awards continue to raise the bar in an effort to offer parents innovative ways to safeguard and care for baby.

Moving the Innovation Awards to the spring event allows JPMA to expand the celebration and recognition within the industry and capitalize on the media exposure companies receive of their innovative products.

JPMA has been hosting the Innovation Awards for more than 25 years and it is one of the most exciting programs offered in the industry.  We are enthusiastic about the new timing of the program and look forward to the new and innovative products being introduced throughout 2017 and beyond.

The 2017 JPMA Innovation Awards application process will open in January and members will continue to receive a significant discount. For questions or concerns, please contact Amy Chezem at achezem@jpma.org.

DID YOU KNOW?

The Innovation Awards Competition started in 1989 as the Most Innovative Product Contest and has evolved through the years to a highly recognized competition. It was officially named the “Show Off” Product Competition in 1992, however in 2003 JPMA renamed the contest to the Innovation Awards to more accurately represent the focus on innovation.
