Juvenile Products Manufacturers Association Announces Inaugural Juvenile Products Congressional Product Showcase
JPMA Members Exhibit Wide Array of Products to Members of Congress
MOUNT LAUREL, NJ – September 30, 2014 – The Juvenile Products Manufacturers Association (JPMA) is proud to announce its first-ever Juvenile Products Congressional Product Showcase as part of its annual Baby Safety Month celebration. This Showcase is the first of its kind to exhibit to Members of Congress and their staff the wide variety of products that make up the U.S juvenile products industry.
“The Juvenile Products Congressional Product Showcase is an opportunity to see, test and feel how the juvenile product industry is working to advance innovation, design, comfort, safety and convenience for parents, caregivers and children,” said JPMA executive director Kelly Mariotti. “The safety of our children is the industry’s top priority, and this Showcase demonstrates how safety can be achieved through design, technology and modernization.”
The Product Showcase features products from more than 40 manufacturers and includes the following product categories:
- Vehicle Transportation/Child Restraint Systems (CRS)
- Health and Safety
- Soft Goods
All products displayed at the Showcase, with a combined estimated value of $15,000 will be donated to the National Center for Children and Families.
“JPMA member manufacturers truly made this event possible, and we thank them for their generous donations and support,” added Mariotti. “We are proud to represent an industry that is so generous, innovative and compassionate!”
