The 2016 JPMA Board of Directors has made great strides in advancing the industry and takes pride in this year's accomplishments. JPMA initiatives are 100% dedicated to programs that serve the growth and well-being of members. The Board of Directors is charged with creating the strategic vision, goals and priorities for the association. In 2016, JPMA listened, learned and reacted to our member’s needs and desires. Board Tenure & Responsibilities
JPMA will be fulfilling four board seats in 2017 and board terms are three years in length. The following outlines the duties/responsibilities and time requirements for a member to serve on the Board of Directors:
Employees of member companies in good standing are eligible to serve as directors. 12 directors must be representatives of Regular Manufacturing Member companies. One board seat may be held, at the discretion of the nominating committee, by a director who is an employee of an Associate Member company.
JPMA Annual Meeting & Voting
A slate of Board Members and Officers to be voted on by members will be presented at the JPMA Annual Meeting to be held May 9, 2017 in Anaheim, CA during the JPMA Baby Show. Employees of member companies are invited to the JPMA Annual Meeting. Each regular member of the association shall designate one company representative to vote on behalf of the member.
