California Proposition 65 is a complex law which impacts juvenile product manufacturers in a number of ways.  Recent revisions to the law expand the allocation of responsibility, to include retailers, related to specific warning and labeling requirements, among other things.  JPMA Legal Counsel Rick Locker and Jeffrey Margulies, Partner at Norton Rose Fulbright, will provide an overview of Prop 65, the recent revisions and strategies for compliance, to include navigating your supplier and retail relationships.
