Political Action Committee
JPMA PAC is regulated by the Federal Election Commission (FEC) and state ethics committees around the country. The process of giving to the JPMA PAC, as well as the disbursements to candidates, is fully transparent. JPMA PAC is bipartisan and makes contributions based on what is in the best interest of the industry. FEC regulates JPMA PAC from accepting corporate contributions (and prohibits candidates from accepting corporate contributions as well). The regulations do allow us to accept voluntary personal contributions from individuals in the juvenile products industry. JPMA Members Can Access the JPMA PAC Toolkit Below After Logging In.
Contributing to JPMA PACYou may contribute to the JPMA PAC through personal check or credit card. The law limits contributions to $5000 annually and the PAC is required to disclose the names and occupations of any contributor who give more than $200 in a calendar year.
